The faster and more comprehensively we are informed, the better, faster and more cost-effectively we can repair your defective equipment and make it available to you again. Our repair department will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
Online RMA Request (Return Material Authorization)
In order to send in a defective product for repair, please proceed as follows:
STEP 1: FILL IN THE RMA FORM
- Fill in the form below (all fields)
- Describe the unit’s defect in detail (exact description of the defect is very important).
- By using the RMA form, you accept the general terms and conditions.
STEP 2: RETURN
After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that we have received your application. Please note that the processing time for the application may take a few working days. We will contact you as soon as possible. After processing, you will then receive the following information by e-mail:
- RMA Number (which is also your reference number)
STEP 3: SHIPPING PREPARATION
- The RMA Number must be clearly visible on the packaging.
